Bill and Giuliana Rancic sold their Los Angeles residence recently for $10.7 million. The couple had owned the home for about two years at the time of the sale, and paid $7.7 million for it. Variety first reported the sale.

The 8,323 sq. ft. Georgian-style house in Brentwood Park contains six bedrooms and six baths. It features an exterior that is heavily accented with brick and stone. The interiors of the 1986-built home are detail-rich; inlaid oak floors, built-in bookshelves, and warm tones.

Amenities in this home include a wood-paneled library with a fireplace, a butler’s pantry, and a master suite with a marble bath. The grounds extend to about half an acre, with a broad backyard inset with a pool and patio area with a grill.

Bill Rancic is an entrepreneur, author, and television personality. Giuliana Rancic was until recently co-host of E! News.  They are co-owners of RPM restaurants.
