Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian are back in the favorite family haunting ground this fall with a pair of new acquisitions: side-by-side, according to Variety, and brand-new builds.

The single available representative photo of the deal reveals a stone-accented contemporary farmhouse-style home. But each of the homes features about 15,000 sq. ft. of interior living area. Amenities on the connected properties include screening rooms, guest houses, spas, and extensive outdoor living and recreation areas. The teardown that preceded the new builds was a 1987-built Tudor of about 19,000 sq. ft.

Some of the more recent Hidden Hills real-estate transactions involving members of the family include the sale of a 9,400 sq. ft. residence on 1.28 acres, which Kris sold this summer for $15 million, and Kim and Kanye’s gradual expansion of a compound in the neighborhood, most recently augmented last year at this time with a $3 million ranch that increased their contiguous grounds to six acres.
