Late this last summer, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin purchased a trophy estate in Beverly Hills; the acquisition required a nearly $26 million investment from the couple, but gave them 2.5 idyllic acres in Beverly Park as a park-like privacy buffer, and a 1988-built mansion to rattle around in during stretches of down-time.

That’s in the inbox. In the couple’s outbox is this extensively renovated 1932-built Beverly Hills residence. The duo purchased the property about a year ago. It is new to the market and is priced at $8.995 million.

The residence extends to about 6,100 sq. ft. Renovations are fairly recent, and have transformed the entire home, giving it a contemporary living style with a warm, minimalist aesthetic. Banks of steel-framed windows and doors, a great deal of natural hardwood, and a blend of Scandinavian and Japanese elements are all features of the revision.

It contains seven full baths and five bedrooms; the master suite receives a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony. Amenities in the home include a wet bar and wine tasting room, a screening room with tiered seating, and an office and library with French doors opening onto the patio. The outdoor recreation area in back—which is protected from prying eyes by a considerable border of green-and-growing—includes an infinity pool, a covered living area, a strip of lawn, and raised patio space.

All of Justin Bieber’s studio albums have reached the top of the Billboard 200 chart. His latest, Changes, was released earlier this year.

Baldwin is a model. She appeared in the music videos for the songs “10,000 Hours” by Dan + Shay and Justin Bieber, “Stuck with U” by Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber, and “PopStar” by DJ Khaled, Drake, and Justin Bieber.
