Sharp-witted talk show host Chelsea Handler has listed her longtime residence in Bel-Air this autumn. Handler is asking for $10.5 million for the property, which is located in a particularly quiet corner of the neighborhood, and anchored by a contemporized 1964-built modern that contains six bedrooms and seven baths in 5,572 sq. ft. of living space.

According to the listing, Handler revised the home to taste during her ten-year ownership tenure. The setting is incredibly lush, and the residence’s living style incorporates the landscaping meaningfully at the entrance, where a garden-like alcove stands as a prologue to the interiors.
