Actress Heather Graham listed her detail-rich period Spanish-style in Beachwood Canyon about a year ago on the nose. Graham had owned the home for about two decades when it sold this fall for $2.45 million against an initial ask of $2.85 million, and purchased it in the wake of her star turn in the hit film Boogie Nights.
There are too many engaging details in this house to cover in one short piece, but a partial list would have to include the turret entry with tower windows, the hand-painted tile wall niches, the terra-cotta tile staircase, the raised den with kiva fireplace, the carved ceiling trussing, and the aged oak floors. The library with carved wood panels is a treat, too.
Outside, the property is graced with terra-cotta tile front and back, as well as a brick patio and a set of steps that descend the hillside lot—past a little raised garden—to the property’s freeform pool.
Graham starred in this year’s Wander alongside Aaron Eckhart, Katheryn Winnick, and Tommy Lee Jones. Her upcoming Projects include The Last Son of Isaac Lemay, with Machine Gun Kelly.
