BCCT alum Ron White listed his longtime retreat in Beverly Hills recently. The dry-witted comedian is asking a flat seven mil for the property, which is packed to the rafters with opulent details.

The house went up in 1979, and contains three bedrooms and at least four baths in its 4,800 sq. ft. of interior living space. It begins with arched double wrought iron front doors, with the exterior living area option available to one side. Visual highlights of this house include the formal dining room, where dark wood and ornamental columns, a textured ceiling, and a pair of wrought-iron chandeliers.

The living room features a gas fireplace with a slab marble surround—the design is echoed in the master suite—as well as optional glass that opens to create an indoor/outdoor living area with the patio. Views from the hillside property are very fine, and amenities include an office with humidor drawers and a recording studio.
