NHL player Brad Stuart sold his Rancho Palos Verdes, California, residence recently. The property sold for about $50K under its most recent ask of $4.45 million.

The 2016-built Mediterranean-style house boasts extensive exterior living space, with upper-floor terraces and balconies heavily featured in the architecture. The interiors boast tile and hardwood floors, soft warm and cool tones, arched portals, and the occasional ornamental ceiling. Amenities include an elevator, a wet bar, and a California room.

The master bedroom—all bedrooms are en-suite—is anchored by a carved stone fireplace. The master terrace surveys the coastline, but the hilltop location provides good views from ground level. A fenced-in pool and an outdoor fireplace are the centerpieces of the outdoor living areas.
