It was only weeks ago that British talent judge Simon Cowell quietly sold his residence in Beverly Hills for $25 million. Cowell had owned that property since 2004; he had the 9,600 sq. ft., five-bedroom house custom built, packing it with amenities that include a luxury spa, a home fitness center, a home theater, a lap pool, and a tanning salon.
Rounding the curve from summer 2020 into fall, Cowell has quietly sold another property in Beverly Hills. The X-Factor creator sold another residence in the 90210—and let it also go quietly—for $14.5 million. Public records indicate that Cowell had owned the property since October of 2011, when he paid $15.5 million for it.
The transaction took place off-market. Interiors measure about 7,265 sq. ft.; the home contains at least four bedrooms and six baths.
Cowell currently has a property on the market in Hidden Hills for $3.7 million.
