Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas listed a pied-a-terre in way-down downtown New York recently; the couple is asking $5.9 million for the condo in Nolita.

The unit is one of 11 in the building, which opened in 2015. The properties are LEED Gold-certified; the building’s amenities include a 24-hour doorman and concierge service, and a rooftop garden terrace.

The couple’s unit is a three-and-three that measures just under 3,000 sq. ft. The layout begins with a separate foyer and entry hall, with bedroom options giving way to a large, open common area that features natural-toned wide-plank hardwood floors, bright white walls and ceilings, and plentiful glass than includes a sliding door for accessing the private terrace; the outdoor living space adds nearly 1,500 sq. ft. to the total living area.

The living style of the shared space is urbane but quite warm, and the kitchen manages to feel quite cozy despite the lack of room-to-room definition and the flash of Danby marble countertops. Liebherr, Bertazzoni, and Miele applicances, and LeFroy Brooks fixtures are featured.

The master suite features a bath with a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet that’s nearly as large. A sliding glass door opens to the terrace. The other two bedrooms feature ample closet space; one receives a corner location, the other a private bath.
