Willow Smith bought into the Malibu lifestyle late this summer, to the tune of $3.1 million. The residence is a 2011 build, designed with midcentury modern architectural elements. It measures a little less than 2,000 sq. ft., with two bedrooms and two baths throughout.

The house sits on a half-acre cul-de-sac above Los Flores beach. The setting takes in ocean and mountain views, and the design favors a modern glassiness that makes the most of the setting.
