Two years following the sale of their Malibu home for $45 million, former models Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber have a property newly on the open market this summer.

The midcentury modern is located in the tony Trousdale section of Beverly Hills, boasts slightly less than 5,400 sq. ft. of interior living area, and contains five bedrooms and six baths. The Crawford and Gerber collective added it to their residential real estate portfolio about three years ago. They’ve listed it at just under $16 million.

The home is a prime example of a beautiful restoration. More recent updates include a redesign of the garage cosmetics, and the addition of a privacy wall shielding the glassy living area, which would otherwise be exposed to a streetside line-of-sight.

Inside the house, the fundamental design style remains undisturbed at least since the restoration, which looks tasteful. The same plank hardwood floors run throughout the shared living space, and the unique combination fireplace and bar centerpiece—an original detail, one would surmise—is intact. The kitchen’s most recent revision also appears to have remained consistent through Crawford and Gerber’s ownership tenure.

The outdoor living area is fairly expansive for Trousdale—nearly an acre. A swimming pool, sunlounge, walking paths, an outdoor living space with a fire feature, and mature trees and various plantings help distinguish this property.
