Legendary New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning may be leaving the Northeast. The multiple Super Bowl MVP—induced into the Giants Ring of Honor after his retirement earlier this year—has put his residence in Summit, New Jersey, up for sale this summer. He’s asking $5.25 million for the property.
The Georgian Revival home features a brick exterior, a dramatic neoclassical portico, a pair of chimneys, and a prominent single roof dormer. It was built in 1904, but saw restoration and revision about five years ago. Interior images are unfortunately scant; the kitchen is shown off as traditional and evocative of the home’s era, a simple treatment with white cabinetry, subway tile, and marble countertops and island cap.
The home’s notable features include a master suite with twin dressing rooms, a fitness room, and a guest suite on the first floor. A glassy living room, a study, and a formal dining room are among the home’s shared living spaces. There are a total of eight fireplaces in this home, including one in the master bedroom.
The lot extends to about an acre. A pool, lawns, mature trees and shrubs, and a guest house are among the features of the property exterior.
