Marisol Nichols—best known for her roles in the long-running suspense series 24 and the teen drama Riverdale—has sold her 1936-built cottage in Valley Village, California. The actress accepted an offer of $1.899 million for the property.

The home was dramatically overhauled in 2018 or early 2019. The revisions gave it a new identity, and expanded its size considerably. It now measures 2,721 sq. ft., according to online records, with four bedrooms and five baths throughout its single level of living space.

The interiors are distinguished by an effective sense of scale, an open-concept living and dining area, and oak plank floors. The common area is tastefully relaxed and quite warm, with a vaulted ceiling bisected by an exposed center beam, a pair of clerestories, and fold-away glass doors that open onto a poolside deck. The kitchen is a long galley, with glass cabinets, a trio of midcentury-style pendants, Calacatta and a waterfall-edge counter.

Outside, the pool and spa are set into an outdoor living area with a semi-courtyard layout. A private spot, and a nicely revised home.

Nichols stars in the upcoming Spiral: From The Book of Saw—the ninth installment in the Saw series. The film also stars Chris Rock and Samuel L. Jackson.
