Bentley recently revealed specifics about the Bentayga Speed for the 2021 model year.

The high-performance variant of the standard Bentayga is, as many Bentley lovers know, the only way to order a Bentayga with Bentley’s W12 engine. That fact hasn’t changed. And, although the V8-equipped standard Bentayga can hit 180 MPH by the time it tops out, the 190 MPH the Speed variant is capable of—putting it barely ahead of the Lamborghini Urus as fastest production SUV in the world, by the way—will still be the siren song that will attract many buyers to the upsell.

The Speed’s W12 can still be limited to six cylinders when desired, making the engine much more efficient, but removing a fair amount of its grunt. Cosmetics unique to the model variant for 2021 include a shadowy grille, an extended roof spoiler, side skirts, and special 22” rims. Badging and variant-specific embroidery and door sill illumination make the Speed designation very clear to all.

A carbon-fiber rich ‘Black Specification’ cosmetics package turns off the chrome bling and is available for those who like a bit of drama. Delivery and pricing information for the 2021 Bentayga Speed hasn’t yet been revealed by Bentley; for 2020, the Bentayga Speed came with a base sticker price of $240K.
