Gavin MacLeod—of ‘Mary Tyler Moore Show’ fame, before going on to helm ‘The Love Boat’—has sold his condominium getaway in Palm Springs, reports Variety. The asking price prior to the sale was $350K.

The condo is located in Rancho Mirage, a gated community. The unit is a bungalow with interior spaces that measure in at around 1,600 sq. ft. The living style is casual and neutral, despite the exterior’s Mediterranean flourishes.

The shared living area features a great room with a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace; the kitchen is discrete, but a serving portal connects it to the common area. Stone floors run throughout the condo.
