Toward the end of 2017, ‘…Kardashians’ fixture Kris Jenner picked up a property next door to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in the equestrian-amenable gated community of Hidden Hills. Jenner shelled out $9.93 million for the 9,400 sq. ft. contemporary farmhouse-style, and was the home’s first owner. According to Variety, Jenner sold the property this month for $15 million.

The exterior of the 2016-built house features vertical clapboard, stacked stone, steel-framed French doors, and a variety of window shapes. The two-level, U-shaped structure is dressed in a creamy shade of gray.

The home’s six bedrooms culminate in a master suite that is a treat for the eyes, boasting a bedroom with a tray ceiling and a gas fireplace inset in a broad natural stone surround; the bath, one of eight in this house, features a steam shower.

Downstairs, the shared living spaces are floored with plank hardwood that offers beautiful textural contrast.
