Audemars Piguet Introduces Women’s Royal Oak Concept Frosted Gold Flying Tourbillon

Audemars Piguet’s newest women’s timepiece is the Royal Oak Concept Frosted Gold Flying Tourbillon. Audemars Piguet’s designs can be, by turns, intensely traditional or strikingly daring; this time around, the design sensibility tends to the latter.

The top of the case bears a geometric form familiar to followers of the marque’s wristwear creations. But the octagon is, in this case, contrasted with a series of gracefully rippling circles that adorn the watch’s face. The sapphire blue face is further contrasted with a case in frosted red or white gold. A total of 19 diamonds decorate the cage. The watch features a caliber 2964—the work of AP and Renaud & Papi.

Available on a limited basis from Audemars Piguet boutiques.
