Scott Wolf—best known for his work in ‘Party of Five’—sold his wilderness getaway in Utah this summer. The actor had initially listed the property in the spring of last year, asking $3 million on the nose, and the sale price wasn’t too far from the mark: $2.85 million.
The Park City property is suitably alpine, but also fairly contemporary. It cuts a fine figure from the street—a cozy hideaway that’s fairly large—and interiors are open, with dark wood and stone used alongside all the glass to set an atmospheric living style that’s also quite liberating. Quarter sawn plank oak, French doors, and massive timber support posts are highlights of this house.
Outside living spaces include an upper deck that offers splendid views of the landscape. Down at ground level, an organic garden and covered patio offer warmer-weather diversion and relaxation.
Wolf currently stars in mystery drama Nancy Drew.
