The McLaren exotics are bread and butter to German tuner Novitec, and this summer found the shop releasing a series of new components for the McLaren GT, the newest regular production model from the specialized British automaker.
Novitec designed new aero for the GT, including a spoiler and spoiler attachment for the front end, a three-piece rear spoiler, side walls for the air intakes, and side panels. All aero components are available in visible carbon fiber and forged carbon fiber options. The power tweaks to the GT’s V8 biturbo can wring 611 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque out of the engine, and get it to 60 in 3.1 seconds on its way to a top speed of 203 MPH.
The tuning shop also offers heat-protected stainless-steel exhaust pipes, power stages, a Novitec Tectronic module, Vossen wheels and high-performance tires, suspension upgrades, and cabin customizations including Novitec’s leather and Alcantara interior in a variety of color schemes.
