Sierra Towers’ list of celebrity condo owners has, over the years, included many prominent names: Cher and Evander Holyfield, Elton John and David Janssen among them. Courteney Cox had a pair of adjacent pads here, too, until very recently; this summer, she sold one of the condos to her next-door neighbor in the building for $2.9 million. Variety reported the sale.
The outgoing unit is a one-bedroom affair on the 25th floor. Views of the city are of course marvelous, and fully on display via the floor-to-ceiling glass that comprises the exterior walls of the residence.
The unit Cox is holding onto in the building is a bit larger, with two bedrooms for accommodations. It is likely that Cox had a plan of making a combination unit out of the two properties. The rumored buyer of the unit also owns an adjacent condo, and it is possible that they will do just that now that they own Cox’s as well.
Aside from the upcoming Friends reunion special, Cox’s upcoming projects include films Scream 5 and Shining Vale, and television series Last Chance U.
