After upgrading to a $6.7 million residence earlier this year, Your Mom’s House hosts Christina Pazsitzky and Tom Segura have bid a collective farewell to their old home in the Los Angeles area. The comic duo sold the spot in Woodland Hills for $1.875 million; according to public records, they purchased it in 2016, paying $1.6 million.

The .4-acre property is capped with a traditional-style cottage that dates to 1956. A large motor court is the preamble to the interiors, which begin with a hall floored with hardwood plank. The kitchen and family room appears immediately on the left, with stone accents—including a fireplace wall—and a tile floor. The semi-vaulted ceiling is further liberated by a series of skylights.

There are five bedrooms and at least four baths in the 4,619 square-footer. Amenities include a media room that features walls and ceilings inset with various colors and textures, accumulating into a general softness. The outdoor living area includes a pergola-covered living and dining area, a large lawn, and a pool and spa with stone surrounds.

Segura appears in the upcoming Vince Vaughn-produced film The Opening Act; the cast also includes Jimmy O. Yang, Cedric The Entertainer, Russell Peters, Bill Burr, Ken Jeong, and Whitney Cummings. Pazsitzky is slated to appear alongside Segura in the upcoming television series The Little Things.
