Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach property hit the market this summer. The home is priced at $21.995 million.
The 14,000-square-foot waterfront house was purchased by Epstein in 1990 for $2.5 million. The home is the work of notable architect John Volk and was built in 1952. The palm-bordered lot measures slightly more than three quarters of an acre, and there are six bedrooms and 7.5 baths in all in the house.
A large pool and views of the Tarpon Islands are features of the Palm Beach property. It is located in the Estates section of a prominent Palm Beach community.
Proceeds from the sales of Epstein’s properties are expected to go to his estate, which recently set up a compensation fund for his victims.
