After renting out the place off and on since 2017, Natasha Bedingfield and her husband Matt Robinson have decided to have done with their residence in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. The couple paid $1.65 million for the property in early 2015, and listed it on the open market this month with an asking price of $2.249 million.

The 2000-built Spanish-inflected house features a second-floor balcony in back that gives it a little Monterey Colonial flavor. It features plentiful glass, a tile roof, and a charming backyard where a walking path meanders through gardens.

The interiors of the house are as appealing, with excellent details in full view—glossy tile and hand-painted risers for the center hall, plank hardwood floors elsewhere, bleached exposed beams, and a bit of atmospheric backlighting that gives the living style a contemporary overtone. Grey tones pop up in the shared living spaces, transitioning to a pale warmth in the kitchen, which contrasts nicely with the dark tile floors.

There are three bedrooms and three baths in this house. The master suite features a bathroom that mixes white, blue and black tile—the overall effect is a tasteful one—as well as a bedroom with that second floor balcony accessible via wood-framed French doors.

Bedingfield has sold over 20 million records throughout her career. Her latest album, Roll with Me, was released last year.
