This month, retired MLB centerfield Aaron Rowand finally found a buyer for his towering mixed architectural in Las Vegas. The sale price? $5.5 million.
Roward had been trying to sell the property for over five years when the offer came in. When the house first hit the market in the fall of 2014, it was asking $6.4 million.
The interiors of the home are glitzy, to say the least, with high drama and ornament galore. Ebony-finished hardwood, glossy ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and carved stone may all be spotted as elements of the moody treatment.
The house is also flush with amenities. The list begins with an indoor batting cage, but it doesn’t end there. A home theater and an elevator are a few of the luxury touches in this residence. Outside, stacked stone accents give a little gravitas to an extensive recreation area that is anchored by a large pool with a swim-up bar.
