Adam Lambert Sells Hollywood Hills Home Below Purchase

The heavily modified early modern that Adam Lambert has had on and off the market for about a year sold this month for $2.92 million; a loss, unfortunately, as the pop musician purchased the spot for $2.995 million in 2014.

The house was originally built in 1947, but appears to exhibit evidence of a major addition; the architecture mixes modern and streamline with stark planes of poured concrete. As it stands, the home spans 3,049 square feet, with three bedrooms and four baths in its two levels.

The interiors are quite tasteful, with neutral tones, plank oak, and some interior stucco. The master suite’s exceedingly pleasant, and features a gas fireplace in a hardwood accent wall, and a picture window inviting views of the surrounding community into the room. The bath features black and beige marble, and a soft-cornered double vanity in period hardwood veneer. Other standout rooms include the kitchen and studio.

Outside living space includes the terrace space, as well as a fairly expansive covered living area adjacent to the pool and sunlounge.
