Ex-vampires Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin are moving out of Venice, California; or at least out of the 7,100 square-foot, three-level, ecologically relevant house they’ve called home since they purchased it in the summer of 2010. It is priced at $14 million.

The concrete-and-timber house is known as the Hollywood Bowl house, because its construction employed reclaimed planks from the venue’s seating. It contains four bedrooms, and a series of amenities that includes a semi-indoor pool, an elevator, a sauna, and a wet bar.

The shared living space is open-concept, with poured concrete and warm hardwood plank flooring; fold-away glass opens up the ground floor to the outdoor living area, which boasts a fire feature. A staircase with wood treads and an industrial-inspired balustrade and handrail is echoed by a spiral staircase in the studio.

The property’s outdoor living areas are secretive and cozy, with little decks, balconies and terraces offering intimate spaces for relaxation. The design does allow for a rooftop deck, which presents fine views of the eccentric neighborhood and ocean.
