‘RHONYC’ figure Luann de Lesseps put her waterfront getaway in Ulster County, New York, this season. She’s asking $1.2 million for the property.
The .85-acre property sits on a little promontory on the Hudson. The house is a 1966-built cottage with a rotunda-design shared living space overlooking the water. It shows signs of very recent updates spans about 2,400 square feet, and contains three bedrooms and four baths.
The bluestone-floored living area is liberated by a series of rectangular skylights, and features wood trim and an in-wall gas fireplace. A series of oversize windows and French doors overlooks the cottage’s raison d’etre; a broad expanse of a deck brings the meditative water and forest views a little closer, and offers ample space for small gatherings, grilling, lounging and dining.
The home’s bedrooms are adequate—clean, well-lighted spaces each boasting a fresh lick of paint. A small guest suite in back rounds out the accommodations.
