Early in the spring of this year, casino and hotel owner Steve Wynn listed his primary residence—a 27,000 square foot mansion in Beverly Hills that hit the market with a $135 million thud. Now, in early summer, Wynn’s Las Vegas mansion joins the massive Beverly Hills estate. The Mediterranean-inflected villa is listed at $25 million.
The property is situated within the confines of The Enclave, a planned community in the southwest corner of the city. The property line abuts the TCP Summerlin fairway, and the groomed grounds extend to 1.4 acres.
The home’s interiors are glossy and modern. The staircase balustrade and handrails are chrome-plated, and ceilings frequently employ LED backlighting; track spotlights and recessed fixtures are also common sights in the home. Marble floors and ornamental columns, wood trim, gilded doors, mohair wall covering, and a series of chandeliers of various styles set the tone of the living style at opulent.
The home’s amenities make for a long list. A partial tally includes a home theater with tiered seating, a wine room, and a master suite with his and hers bedchambers; there are six bedrooms and ten baths in all. The outdoor living area features a pool and spa, with a sunlounge and patio; the property’s quasi-baroque landscaping places mature palms around the pool area for scale, and an ornate water fountain as the centerpiece of a meditation space.
Wynn’s net worth is around $3 billion.
