Washington Wizards center Thomas Bryant has a new pad to come home to, and it came courtesy of Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson. $3.25 million passed between the two professional basketball players when all was said and done.
The home in Woodland Hills is a recent build, dating to 2018. It measures 5,800 square feet, and boasts a façade that is pleasingly varied and eccentrically asymmetrical in the contemporary Cape style.
The interiors begin with a shared living space that is cozily compartmental, a traditional feel that’s glossed as contemporary. The living room features a centerpiece fireplace accent wall, here in what appears to be the same plank hardwood that graces the floors—walnut?—and the kitchen receives a double island layout, fine appliances, and floor-to-ceiling cabinetry; the latter flows seamlessly into the family room, where an optional glass wall retracts to open the space to the exterior living area.
There are five bedrooms and seven baths in all. A home theater with tiered seating, wine storage, a smart system, and an exterior living area with a swath of lawn, a fire pit, a cabana, and a saltwater pool and spa are among the home’s amenities.
