Vera Guerin sold her Beverly Hills estate ‘The Bedford’ this spring. The selling price registered at more than a third under Guerin’s initial asking price for the property; ‘The Bedford’ hit the market in February of last year at $36.5 million. It was priced at $31.5 million prior to its closing at $23.5 million.

The estate is crowned by a grand Georgian-style home. The winged design, symmetrical façade, and whitewashed masonry exterior accumulate into an aristocratic first impression.
