Back in May of 2016, rapper French Montana took this home off Selena Gomez’s hands for $3.3 million. Four years later, Montana himself offered the home for sale, initially priced at $6.6 million. The Italianate estate recently saw a price reduction, though, and it is now asking $5.6 million.
Montana had the main home renovated to taste, introducing a dramatic, moody feeling to the 7,786 square-footer, but its spirit is still Tuscan-inspired, and the central courtyard, with its fountain and earth, terra cotta-toned walls, plays a convincing part. The massive crystal chandelier that presides over the foyer, though, suggests glam in the strongest possible terms, and stands as a chilly, high-dollar preamble, informing the rest of the home.
The main house boasts a full range of amenities, including a media room, a wine cellar, a full bar, a gym, a recording studio, and a top-flight kitchen. The exterior living space has a kitchen on standby, too, as well as a pizza oven, a pool and spa, and a guest house.
