Khloe Kardashian has put her Calabasas residence up for sale for $18.95 million, according to the DailyMail. She’s owned the home since 2014.

The estate is anchored by a luxurious 11,000 square foot mansion that contains six bedrooms and seven baths. The contemporary Mediterranean estate had been the home of Justin Bieber prior to Kardashian’s tenure of ownership.

The property is located within The Oaks community. The lot size is extravagant—nearly two acres with superb views of Malibu Canyon. Broad expanses of lawns, privacy landscaping, and gardens with a fountain centerpiece enhance the exterior living spaces, which include a patio with a fire feature and a covered lounge with sweetheart hanging sofas.

The home boasts mullion windows, a front door with a decorative wrought-iron grille, and a tile roof. Within, the home has been renovated to suit the young Kardashian’s taste, and design elements have been borrowed from Italy, the Middle East, and North Africa, according to an article in Architectural Digest.

The living style of the estate—indoors and out—is remarkably comprehensive in its engineering. In that way, it echoes the effortlessly relaxed, gracious lifestyle of the Italian countryside that forms the foundation of its design sensibility.
