Major League Soccer figure David Beckham isn’t the only European footballer who’s invested in the Zaha Hadid-designed Miami building One Thousand Museum. Paul Pogba, who plays for Manchester United, is also now an owner of a unit in the building.

The French World Cup champ paid an undisclosed amount for his unit in the building, one of the preeminent luxury high-rise buildings in the Miami skyline. Like other Hadid designs, One Thousand Museum employs gracefully feminine lines, and cites biological forms; it appears to be rooted in the earth, an organic presence. Inside, Hadid’s playful riffs on sci-fi tropes and avant-garde flourishes are in full bloom.

Amenities in the building are extensive, and include a wellness center with state-of-the-art Techno-Gym equipment, a yoga studio, and a spa. The building also contains an Aquatic Center.

David and Victoria Beckham own a penthouse in the building. Their unit measures 11,000 square feet, and depleted their collective wallet by an estimated $24 million. It occupies a full floor of One Thousand Museum.
