Restlessly peripatetic MLB player Edwin Jackson has listed his home in Paradise Valley, Arizona, on the open market with an asking price of $6.2 million. Jackson has owned the 2008-built estate since 2014, when he paid $3.9 million for it.

At nearly 10,000 square feet, the single-floor home is a sprawler, and its courtyard layout demands much of its 1.4-acre lot just for its footprint. A fully indoor/outdoor lifestyle places exterior lounge spaces and fireplaces at easy access from much of the home, and the shared living area boasts an optional glass wall that vanishes to reveal the extent of the outdoor amenities: a loggia, a pool, cabanas, and a pool house lounge with summer kitchen and island bar that features a water slide that begins on the roof.

The six bedrooms and seven baths culminate in a master suite that is very large, and boasts a spa bath with herringbone tile and a soaking tub. A theater room with a stage, a sports court, a guest house, and a garage and motor court complete this dramatically updated home.
