Newly-retired NBA player Shaun Livingston has put his home in Southern California up for sale for $1.96 million. According to public records, Livingstone purchased the property in 2004, during his inaugural season with the Clippers.
The Playa Del Rey pad contains three bedrooms, and a possible fourth, in its 3,379 square feet. From the street, it is distinguished by its brick front walk, two prominent oversize block glass windows, and a large upper-floor terrace.
Inside, the home mixes modern and traditional styles, with a fine sense of proportion and an inviting, casual lifestyle feel. Living areas on lower and upper levels allow for versatility, and there are oak floors throughout. Amenities include a wet bar, and the master suite features a spa bath. In the back of the property, a pool, Jacuzzi and deck await.
