Cosmetics magnate Kylie Jenner is no stranger to residential real estate investments, but her newest acquisition—this contemporary estate in Holmby Hills—may be a new primary for the young billionaire.
The recent trophy spec build was completed last year. The developer—Gala Asher, who also built this trophy currently on offer for $95 million after reduction from its initial ask of $135 million—put the 15,350-square-footer on the market in August of last year; the ask was a sanguine $55 million. Jenner ultimately paid $36.5 million for it.
But the house is well and truly decked out. The exterior is a moody expression, and slick beyond belief—witness the exterior’s mix of concrete and grey stone panel accents, and the blending of chevron floors, rustic plank walls, and herringbone accents at various places in the shared living area.
Although it sports seven bedrooms, the house is designed to be a social hotspot. A pair of wet bars are prominently placed, as are several gas fireplaces, and optional glass walls may be retracted to open up the entire house to the courtyard, where a pool, projection screen, and sports court are the centerpieces of a large outdoor living complex.
Additionally, a pair of guest apartments and a pair of guest suites expand the interior living space to a total of nearly 20,000 square feet. The .8-acre grounds are surrounded by a perimeter wall.
Jenner joined the ranks of the world’s billionaires last year.
