Seven-time NBA All-Star Anthony Davis listed his family home in the greater Los Angeles area this month. He’d like to net $8 million for the home, a rambling mansion of nearly 16,000 square feet that sits on 2.33 acres within a gated community in Westlake Village.
The home’s exterior is dominated by its recreational centerpiece: a pool with twin waterslides that looks like too much fun by half. Inside, the recreational potential continues, with a full basketball court and gym. A home theater and a library are among the other amenities this property has to offer.
The property’s grounds sprawl just as confidently as the home does, with lawns, gardens, patios, a guest house and a solar array punctuating the intense green of the location.
At his own request, Davis was traded for last season. He joined the Lakers. He declined a contract offer from the team this year, entering free agency for the time being.
