Chicago Bears quarterback Nick Foles may have made quick work of marketing his home near Jacksonville, Florida. The Super Bowl champ listed the property about a week ago with an asking price of $1.85 million; the property’s status is currently ‘pending.’
Foles has apparently only owned the house for a year. Public records indicate that he purchased it in April of last year, for $1.775 million.
The 5,348 square-footer contains five bedrooms and five baths. Its interiors adhere to the Florida aesthetic, and are dominated by a somewhat ethereal off-white treatment, with Caribbean-inspired fixtures and accents. Floors in matte-finished wide-plank hardwood lend texture to the living areas.
Amenities include a solarium pool room; pocketing glass and French doors open this central space to the rest of the home. A wet bar, a home office, a wine room, and a glass-enclosed indoor/outdoor summer kitchen and living area are other standout features of the home.
Foles led the Philadelphia Eagles to a Super Bowl victory in 2018.
