Scott Disick Relists Contemporary Farmhouse in Hidden Hills for $6.3M

Scott Disick—a familiar name to anyone who’s kept up with the K-clan—has been an active figure in Hidden Hills residential real estate for the past few years. He picked up this traditional for $3.2 million in April of 2017, had the home renovated and converted into a contemporary farmhouse-style, and put it up for sale last September for $6.9 million.

The property’s new identity has yet to charm a buyer out of seven mil, so Disick gave the ask a trim this month. The 5,663-square-foot home is now priced at $6.25 million.

A previous extreme renovation to the home added the soaring entry, but the sheathing in weathered timber that graces much of the façade manages to tone down the effect somewhat.

Inside, the five-bedroom house works mainly within the rustic-contemporary style. There’s quite a bit of wood tone and texture, especially in the kitchen, where the material is only interrupted by a little stainless steel, and marble island and counter tops.

In the common area, an open-concept feel prevails. Elsewhere—including in the two master suites—the vaulted ceiling, sometimes with judicious use of exposed timber as an accent, holds forth. Fleetwood doors open frequently to the property exterior, presenting the exterior living area as part and parcel of the whole. A zero-edge pool, a pavilion crafted from reclaimed wood, and lounge space with fire feature sum up the outdoor living spaces.
