Television personality Wendy Williams relisted her home in New Jersey this month with an asking price of $1.575 million. The home began its most recent sojourn on the market last August, when it asked $1.9 million, quite a bit below the $2.1 million Williams and now-ex Kevin Hunter paid a decade earlier.

For its part, the 5,700-square-foot, five-bedroom home need make no excuses. It dates to 1999, but sustains the period aristocratic suburban New Jersey tenor with aplomb.
