Pro golfer Jeff Sluman sold his townhouse in Florida at the tail end of last month. The PGA champ only broke even on the sale, though, accepting an offer of $3.65 million against his 2017 purchase price—which was $3.65 million.
The townhome was completed in 2016 as part of the Seagate Yacht Club. The complex extends to just 10 units.
Sluman’s townhome is a three-bed, five-bath residence. Its exterior architecture is coolly Floridian in spirit, with a contemporary feel. The interiors are bright and relaxed, with natural-toned plank hardwood flooring and white walls and ceilings. The kitchen is particularly appealing ,with a butcher-block breakfast table, a waterfall island, and custom cabinetry in hardwood and white accumulating into a very relaxed style.
The home extends to three stories. The master suite is up top, of course, to maximize views from its two private balconies, and to offer easy access to the rooftop terrace. A private pool and a loggia, a summer kitchen, and a fire feature are among the outdoor amenities.
Sluman won the PGA Championship in 1988.
