Last summer, actor and producer David Arquette listed his getaway home in Lake Arrowhead for $1.6 million. Arquette sold the property a few weeks ago, for $1.35 million; not far from the mark, but his $1.285 million purchase price of September 2017 makes the closing more or less a break-even proposition for the one-time WCW champ.
The 5,100 square-foot, five-bedroom lodge is nestled in a grove of evergreens, and boasts views of the reservoir from its large upper-floor deck. It’s also situated on the Lake Arrowhead Country Club golf course.
The interiors are dominated by alpine cabin rusticity. High-gloss plank floors, open-trussed ceilings, and an open shared living space are among its features; the living room is anchored by a majestic fieldstone fireplace. A wet bar, a wine cellar, and a game room are among the home’s amenities. The master suite features a very spacious bath and walk-in closet.
Arquette’s recent producer credits include the documentary You Cannot Kill David Arquette. He appeared in this year’s feature film Spree.
