Adam Lambert Selling $3.4M Hollywood Hills Pad

After two years on the market, Adam Lambert’s home in Los Angeles returned to active listing about a week ago. The property that started its run on the open market at $4 million was priced at $3.35 million more recently; it fared better this time around, though, because the home went under contract within days of its reappearance. However, it appears to be available still.

The home was originally built in 1947, but it’s been heavily renovated over the years. It now boasts ponderous, poured concrete exterior walls. Original details include a streamline-inspired rotunda on the rear side, which contains a window seat dining area inside, and a small terrace up top.

The 3,800 square-footer boasts atmospheric interiors of its era along with the updates, though. A magnificent fireplace with a dramatically raised hearth draws the eye, while the family room’s new glass wall opens generously to the property in the modern style. The kitchen’s most recent revision is a very tasteful job, and has weathered the years well, although it’s a bit heavy on the brushed stainless.

The property exterior is very appealing, with a pair of swimming pools, a spa, and a covered lounge area nestled inside thick privacy landscaping.
