‘Real Housewife’ Bethenny Frankel Finds a Buyer for Hamptons Home at $2.3M

Real Housewife Bethenny Frankel’s home in the Hamptons—the ‘Morning Glory House’—sold this winter. Frankel paid $2 million for the place in 2017, and embarked on a series of renovations. The selling price was $2.3 million.

Frankel had floated the seven-bedroom shingle-style as a rental as early as 2018, when it was offered as a seasonal at $150K per month.

The house had, at one time, been operated as a bed and breakfast, which explains its name. It dates to 1910, and features traditional elements, including dark hardwood floors, fireplaces, and a staircase with a hand-carved newel. The house has received a shingle refresh in the period between its last listing and its recent sale.

The property’s exterior living areas include a large lawn, a bluestone patio and gunite pool, and a wraparound porch.

Frankel’s role on Real Housewives of New York transitioned to her interest in buying and selling residential properties. Her last sale resulted in a loss, however; that home was a SoHo condo that Frankel paid $4.25 million for in 2014, and let go a few weeks ago for $3.65 million.
