A look at energy drink kingpin Russell Weiner’s real estate portfolio reveals a penchant for well-appointed mansions in desirable locales. And some of them could be yours, provided you’re familiar with eight-figure checks.

The lengthy gallery of homes that are either currently on sale or on hiatus from the open market includes: a Beverly Park estate that was once owned by Madonna, and was purchased by Weiner in 2015 and priced as high as $49 million by its current owner; a contemporary in Hermosa Beach that hit the market last February at $21 million, and reduced to $19 million in the fall; another Hollywood Hills property that was purchased by Weiner last year and listed some time later for $28 million; and a pair of estates in Florida initially listed for $35 million and $36.5 million.

This week, a new addition joined the growing company. This newest property makes the second Beverly Park estate Weiner has had on the market. He bought it in February of 2015, according to public records, for $18.6 million. Its ask, on its maiden voyage into the market under Weiner’s ownership, is $31 million.

The 12,500 square-footer contains eight bedrooms and 11 baths, and was built in 1999. Its villa architecture allows for plentiful exterior living space, with loggias, balconies and terraces, and well over an acre of grounds. Details include a wood-paneled library, a grand foyer with a double staircase, a music room, and an outdoor bar and kitchen on an expansive café patio.

Weiner’s net worth is $4 billion.
