Mercedes-AMG and Cigarette Racing floated the products of their annual collaborative efforts this year when they took to the Miami International Boat Show to show off their 12th racing speedboat, the 59’ Tirranna AMG, and its landlubber cousin, the Mercedes-AMG G63 Cigarette Edition.
The cosmetics are gold-on-black, with a graphic linking the duo visible on the side of both the four-wheeled and waterborne conveyance. The special G63 carries the visual theme to the wheels of the G63—the optional 22” rims were used, of course—and the SUV receives special badging and gloss- and matte-black components and accents. The cabin colors branch out a bit, with tan and Atlantic blue Nappa leather upholstery on both boat and truck.
The Tirranna is driven by a sextet of 4.6L Mercury Racing outboard diesel engines, which collectively deliver a massive dose of thrust: 2,700 horsepower. The G63’s engine is the 4L AMG supercharged V8 that delivers a mere 577 horsepower. Kid’s stuff.
