Steph Curry Picks Up Condo at Newly Completed Four Seasons Residences in San Francisco for $8M

Last year saw NBA sharpshooter Steph Curry sell a pair of homes, and buy one too, to support his $210 million career move to the Warriors. The outgoing properties included his longtime home in North Carolina, which sold for $1.2 million, and a house in the Bay Area, which Curry handed off for $6.3 million.

What he acquired to replace the pair was an ecologically relevant contemporary, also in the Bay Area, but in a different pricing tier: he took ownership of the estate for $31 million. But he wasn’t finished buying in greater San Francisco, and early 2020 has found Curry continuing in the acquisitional mood.

This month, he plunked down $8 million for a San Francisco pied-a-terre. The 2,800 square foot property is located in the Four Seasons ‘Tower’ Residences building, which is slated to open in June of this year. Little can be currently gleaned about the newest home Curry and his wife, restaurateur Ayesha Curry, will share. The building itself is touted as the one of the top residential high rises in the city, with amenities that include 24-hour concierge service, a lounge, and of course a private restaurant.

The condo and the Currys’ main residence are about 30 miles apart.
