‘Full House’ and ‘Fuller House’ star Lori Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, may be relisting their residence in Bel Air this winter. According to TMZ, the couple is asking $28.7 million for the .7-acre property. At this time, however, its market status cannot be confirmed, and no open listing is extant.
The house appeared on the market back in the winter of 2017, when the couple attempted to float a $35 million ask for the 12,000 square-footer. They purchased the 1929-built house in 2015, for $14 million, and immediately set about conducting a stem-to-stern revision. The living style that resulted from their considerable investment in time and cashola strikes a pleasing balance between contemporary understatement and romantic effusion, with more than a little free-spending glam tossed in for good measure.
Details abound. The living room features herringbone-pattern hardwood floors, a hardwood staircase with a solid balustrade and wood handrail, and a glass wall that opens broadly onto the home’s setting. The salon/lounge features a gold bar in a mirrored finish and a small colonnade, and opens onto the pool and patio.
There are six bedrooms and nine baths in the house. The property abuts the Bel Air Country Club, and features lawns, arboreal plantings, privacy hedges, and a marble patio for outdoor dining or lounging.
