Michelle Pfeiffer and David Kelly have been familiar names in real estate news for the past year and a half. Mainly, the duo has been active in selling homes. In the spring of 2018, they listed their equestrian estate in San Mateo County for $30 million, letting it go in December for $22 million. The same period also saw the couple shed a Pac Pal property for $9.1 million. Another of their properties—also in Pac Pal—remains for sale at $8.4 million.
But early 2020 found Pfeiffer and Kelly in a Pac Pal buying mood, and this month they added this Mediterranean modern-style home to their real estate portfolio, shelling out $22.5 million for the deed. The house had been asking $25 million prior to the sale.
Details about the home are scant. Its interior living space measures well over 10,000 square feet, and it contains six bedrooms and eleven baths. It is situated within The Riviera, a golf community, and it surveys the 18th fairway.
Michelle Pfeiffer’s recent bills include a starring role in the upcoming film French Exit. Her acting in Dangerous Liaisons and The Fabulous Baker Boys won her two of her three Oscar nominations for Best Actress. David Kelly is a writer and producer, and creator of hit TV shows ‘Ally McBeal,’ ‘Boston Legal,’ ‘Picket Fences,’ and ‘Chicago Hope.’
