Which couldn’t have been easy. It’s one of the most interesting homes on the market, a tour-de-force of tasteful, inventive style.

The former Wizards player is asking $2.475 million for the property, the five-bedroom penthouse unit at the Pierce School Lofts, a boutique building nestled in the southeast corner of the H Street Corridor. The Pierce School building dates to the 1890s, and was converted into condos early in the last decade.
